At Kirtle, we follow a no-return policy, which means all sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

However, we do offer a one-time alteration on our products within 30 days of purchase.

To request an alteration, please contact us at info.kirtle.k@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation, as they will not be accepted.
